We are conducting our annual Direct Admission Exercise on 8th February 2007 from 9am to 5pm. You have been shortlisted for our annual DAE interview. Please report halfan hour earlier than the stated time to register your attendance in theholding room at M624.

At the allocated time, you will be called for theinterview at room M626.

Date: Thursday, 8th February 2007
Interview time: 14:20 hrs

Please report half an hour earlier than the scheduled time for a sketch test.

Dress code: Smart Casual

Please bring along the following:

• Full documentation of your design work compiled in a portfolio. Don't put in all your work (if some are bad), instead, put in your BEST works (at least 10 pieces).
• Official documents and orginal result slips. [Partial results to justify your GPA scores are acceptable.]
• Submit your forms for DAE with other required documentation.
• A printed copy of the statement of personal reference (see attached).

Please note that we are unable to change the allocated interview times correspond to your email enquiries. Do put in your best effort and all thebest for your DAE interview!
