What Happens If You Star 2 Sex Bombs In A Video?

You'll get an saucy hot sexy video, duh. v_v Check out Koda Kumi's latest MTV featuring Fergilicious Fergie, That Ain't Cool!

It's nothing surprising, but I wasn't expecting Fergie to be part of Koda's video. I mean, most Koda's videos are sultry and down dirrrty whereas Fergie's has a style of her own...if you know what I mean.

I think it's a lovely attempt to see someone from the west doing a duet with another from the east. I love the idea! We should have more of that, don't you think? World peace.

Now now, I know you're excited. Here's what you have been waiting for. The video! Sit back and enjoy!

So You Think Coke Zero Is Healthy To Be Consumed...

I almost became a Coke Zero junkie until when I've discovered the horror behind one of the latest Coke Cola products to be newly introduced and imported to Singapore...

You see, what amazes me was the 0% nutritional table shown on the bottle. 0% calories, 0% fats, 0% sugar..etc. My sister claimed that if that's the case, isn't there no difference between the intake of water and Coke Zero? Without hesitation, I got myself a bottle of Coke Zero and it does indeed tastes like the Coke we drink, and it tastes as sweet.

It can't be, it's simply impossible for a drink to contain 0% sugar and yet taste sweet, isn't it? The drink was dubious, so I googled for information and i found out that despite the fact that there isn't any sugar content found in Coke Zero, there's APM a.k.a Aspartame. (Read the Aspartame Controversy)

If you think it's suitable for diet plans or your frequent daily consumption, READ THIS.

If you're wondering which is healthier - Coke Zero or Diet Coke? The only chemical difference between Coke Zero and Diet Coke is that Coke Zero has about half the aspartame but has more ace-k. Which IMHO, none deems to be healthy.

Confused anyone? It's a marketing thing - Coke have manufactured a "diet" coke without using the word diet... which in their eyes will appeal to a different demographic.

You might go, "Oh! I see, nah not a problem. Drinking too much doesn't kill!"

Really. When the symptoms of overdosing or diseases start kicking in, don't blame you've never been warned. You stubborn old cow.

Going "Cheebye!" Isn't Cool

saying the f word, a.k.a fuck sounds reasonably okay. however words like cheebye or kan ni na (fuck in dialect) just sound bad, in a really bad way. i don't even think it's cool. i've tried saying those words and i tell you, it's just plain weird for me to say vagina a.k.a cheebye, in another dialect because it doesn't make much sense or does it even mean anything besides vagina?

am i the only one here who thinks it is uncouth of a lady or ah lian to say such explicits boldly? even if i am the only one, i will still stick to my stand that ladies should refrain themselves from saying such words. btw imho, if you really think that really attracts this ah beng or uncouth guy you really like, you're so wrong...wait, maybe it does! (the world is such a weird place)

i mean, can you imagine a girl shouting across the road to another bitch she dislike using phrases like vagina...isn't that ironic? picture this petite ah lian who sees this bitch she dislikes and went "oi cheebye!" (hey vagina!) wow that seem to fit the bill...pretty well.

but then again, ah lians are called ah lians for a reason. so i shan't bother continue this entry or else the ah lians of the world unite come and wallop me!

for more vulgarities you're interested to know but never had the chance to, visit the talkingcock.com dictionary.

PS: this entry is a stereotypical example of ah lians. it does not necessarily mean that all ah lians behave that way. if any of these offended you, i sincerely apologize. -yeong

I'll Walk Around Naked...

piercings on the nipples, private areas, faces, hands and legs are getting more common each day.

my jaws dropped when i saw this. it looked dainty, at the same time pretty? well, somehow rather. but corset piercing?!

it's nothing that i'll do though, because i think i'll look 123456789 times sexier with the original corset itself rather with ribbons, strings looping through the piercings, leaving a dramatic bow at the end.

i guess the only time i'll ever consider doing corset piercing is when the government announces that people of the public can walk around nude...which least likely will ever happen.

for now, i won't.

I Really Want A...

tongue piercing!!!

i don't care! i want a tongue piercing! i want a tongue piercing! i want a tongue piercing! i know it sounds crazy, and many will object me to do one, but i have been craving for that since 2005 despite reaching the legal age!

many percept that body piercing among teenagers is a form of rebellion. many teenagers have been known to have numerous piercings just to spite their parents and society. not me!

as of May 2008, Elaine Davidson has a total 5,920 piercings

while the increasing number of people are doing it as a fashion statement, the idea of being seen to be at the cutting edge of fashion and being with the "in" crowd. not me either!

with the above said, my initial desire wasn't based on rebellion or fashion. i just want a feel of it it on my tongue! oh by the way, it's rumoured that tongue piercings are not only great at kissing, the outcome of oral sex and foreplay were great as well. ( ha ha ha now you know my secret...just kidding lah!) i personally choose to believe that my stand of piercing can also be used to make a social statements or an opportunity to create one's own rites of passage - childhood to adulthood and one relationship to the other being most common.

"But observers are keen to note that today body piercing is not just a fad being followed by a few teenagers, or extremists rebelling against conservative values. The practise is being recognised as a personal statement marking an individual's passage through life's experiences, and for many, it is a tool through which they find a means of expressing their own inner sense of being.

- an excerpt from some online forum

i had a small talk with my dad, hoping i could at least gain consent to the tongue piercing...

Me: Pa, remember that day I asked you about the tattoos? what about piercings?
Mr Yeong: what kind of piercings? Ear piercing? Sure.
Me: No, tongue piercing! Will you allow me to go tongue piercing?
Mr. Yeong: No
Me: Why? Are you going to pour acid over my tongue again? (The answer he gave me when I asked if I could have a tattoo)
Mr. Yeong: I'll cut it.

great! that was expected - Mr. Yeong said NO! but i'll do it anyways! however, not too soon, i guess. :@

fyi, xiaxue got herself a tongue piercing! check this video out! awesome-ness!

There's Still Life, When There's Hope And Love

The butterfly is symbolic in the taoist culture that a dead spirit has return.

the disaster happened. today at 4.20pm, it happened again, this time killing 1, leaving 200 odd injured.

a few moments ago, i caught the three-hour special last minute held charity concert "让爱川流不息" to raise funds for children who have been orphaned by the Sichuan earthquake. i was deeply touched by the performance, even though it was just a simple sing-along session, the songs they sung were impactful, and meaningful at the same time. they gathered a total of 6.85million dollars worth of donation and would be donated to the children of the Sichuan quake.

someone in the show mentioned: we might be tearing now, but how much we tear cannot be replaced to the mothers who lost their child in the disaster. (in a family in China, every couple can only bear 1 child) they're tearing blood, that bleeds inside out.

they flashed a montage of pictures of children who could never ever see the daylight again, or breathe in the fresh air they used to breathe every morning. it was such a painful sight, i could not bear but to tear with the audiences. though i might not fully understand the devastation that is going on, but i was one child who lost her mom, so somehow i could understand the pain parents or children are going through.

prior to my previous entry, if i have the money, i'll fly over to Sichuan to give people hugs. they might not know what it's all about, but they definitely can feel the warmth.

the people and volunteers of Sichuan deeply touched me, especially this lady who lost her 2-year old child in the rubble who was interviewed. she told the reporter that even though she lost her child, there is no way her child will come back, therefore what she can do now is to volunteer and help the children in need. despite the disaster and what everyone had went through, nothing will be the same again.

that's why sometimes i wonder why people choose to end their lives. in contrary, many want their lives, to live gloriously and be happy. it's a misfortune that that can never be retrieved or taken back, because whatever is gone, is gone. what are left behind are just memories of each other.

while some others, the survivors and the homeless are given another chance to live, which i believe wholeheartedly that they will treasure every single minute of it because the disaster taught them a valuable lesson: to hope, to love and to live, which i choose to learn from too.

there will be rainbow after the rain, and a sun after the storm; there's life with love and hope.

now, there are 60,000 lives lost to the disaster, 20,000 are missing, or clinging on their lives waiting for help to reach them.

i dedicate this song to the children and parents who underwent the pain nobody can ever imagine.

PS: my deepest condolences to the loss in the Myanmar and Sichuan disaster.

Have You Hugged Anyone Lately?

prior to 3Point8's entry on the Free Hugs Campaign, i've decided to write something based on what i've reflected after visiting Juan Mann's blog and the freehugscampaign.org website. you wouldn't know how much warmth i've felt after reading how the Free Hugs Campaign came about.

"I'd been living in London when my world turned upside down and I'd had to come home. By the time my plane landed back in Sydney, all I had left was a carry on bag full of clothes and a world of troubles. No one to welcome me back, no place to call home. I was a tourist in my hometown.

Standing there in the arrivals terminal, watching other passengers meeting their waiting friends and family, with open arms and smiling faces, hugging and laughing together, I wanted someone out there to be waiting for me. To be happy to see me. To smile at me. To hug me.

So I got some cardboard and a marker and made a sign. I found the busiest pedestrian intersection in the city and held that sign aloft, with the words "Free Hugs" on both sides.

And for 15 minutes, people just stared right through me. The first person who stopped, tapped me on the shoulder and told me how her dog had just died that morning. How that morning had been the one year anniversary of her only daughter dying in a car accident. How what she needed now, when she felt most alone in the world, was a hug. I got down on one knee, we put our arms around each other and when we parted, she was smiling.

Everyone has problems and for sure mine haven't compared. But to see someone who was once frowning, smile even for a moment, is worth it every time."

- Juan Mann

you can never imagine the number of kleenex i've used. (sorry, it can't be helped. i am THAT emotional) when is the last time you gave someone a sincere, warm hug? have you felt such love and warmth that sometimes you just felt you're actually nobody and you're all alone? i have not done that for as long as i can remember and now i just feel like hugging people. if Juan Mann is right here in town, i'lll take a cab, fly over and hug him!

support the freehugscampaign.org by spreading the word. spread that love and warmth. give someone a sincere hug to show you care! you might think a hug doesn't mean anything, however, you might think otherwise when you need one.

sometimes i just wished people are born happy, no rage, no sadness, no hatred. but someone once told me that he sort of guessed and figured that we were initially born happy, however living in such a shitty world the gloominess just overshadows.

i had a conversation with YL:

then the question went on. why hate when there's love?

my friend told me it was an act: a balance of nature. picture my expression v_v

mind boggling, open ended questions keeps me seeking, for that particular answer i'm looking for. i'm a seeker for unsolvable answers. if you do have the answer, write me a comment. i look forward hearing from you guys. (:

Watching Rated Movies With A Guy

am i the only one who feels the same? that, watching rated movies is such an awkward thing to do with my father or a guy? or at least i think so.

being brought up by a dad isn't easy for him, therefore as a daughter i'll try to cheer him up, teaching him how to use the computer, letting him into our world, if you know where i'm coming from. we have this similar thing for entertainment; DVDs and more, well DVDs so i'd rent DVDs at the weekends to make up time for each other and catching up to be done.

the usual, he'll smoke his tobacco while i'll do the preparation: get the snacks ready. load the DVD into my player and change whatever settings needed to be done and viola! "PA! THE MOVIE HAS STARTED!" he took his last puff, grabbed a glass of wine with him and settle on the sofa. and so, the movie started.

my dad loves action packed movies. those kungfu, superheroes, C.S.I flicks therefore i'd have to choose wisely; a movie that i'll watch and he'd appreciate. that night, i chose Miami Vice and i thought it looked great and the storyline is something worth watching, which it did..except for the super intimate scenes (a.k.a hot shower scene) that i wasn't expecting!!!

speaking of which, i recalled on watching a flick with intimate scenes (remember RoadtripEurotrip?!) with Mr. Tan and it wasn't so awkward as we had company: Miss Sam and Miss Ave. and we'll joke about the fake boobs and other random stuff along the line.

however, watching it with your daddy doesn't seems the case! when that scene came up, my inner thoughts were like, holy crap, what the fuck have i done! this is GREAT! awkward.... and i'd start to blabber things like OMG 123456789 times, or i'll try calling my sister whose eyes are glued to the PC which i clearly know isn't doing much help so i had to bear with all the awkwardness and not face my dad but the screen.

another incident was when we were watching Jarhead, remember there's this particular scene that guy received a video from his wife having sex with another fella? like, they showed the entire scene of them screwing around?! ...you get it.

guess it's time for me to get over this whole awkward feel! question is: HOW?

tell me, how can i ever get away with this? how can i overcome this situation? you tell me.

To Those I Once Loved

Memories by Ronin

Memory
Fading from the mind like a melody
Tangled in the reverie of time
It's so hard to say goodbye

And endlessly
Talking to the angels of your heart
Dancing with the demons of regret
It's so hard to let you go

Paint a picture in my mind
A life I had but left behind
Baby when you call my name will you still care

Tenderly
Slip away to find a better place
Just flying flying flown away from home
Now you stand alone
Now you stand alone

one of the best local bands i've ever known, Ronin comes up with brilliant, heartfelt songs like this and it just keeps on questioning, why the disband? a pity to see people who make good music just disappear in the midst of no where.

to those i once loved, life and love are such vicious cycles; let's get over it and move on with our lives. find the happiness in me and the happiness in you. i wish you the best.

Just Because You Have Somebody To Love

it does not mean you can dump your friends aside! i am one of those friends this guy friend of mine chose to dump when he got somebody to love. i shall not name this guy or else he'll become depressed or overly emotional again. let's call him X.

i got to know X from some random online game and we exchanged msn addresses because we found good company as we share similar interests. it started out with some casual chatting as we both enjoyed each other's company; i like his corniness and he likes me being funny. so whenever i'm online we'll chat about random topics just to make each other's day happy.

one day, it got rather odd, when he just started blabbering his feelings about his personal life, telling me how miserable he felt as a 20 year old without a girlfriend, causing me to feel out of place. i encouraged him by telling that there are billions of ladies out there and love isn't easy to come by..blah blah (the same old cliche phrases) he went on and on telling me how desperate he wanted one, and how much he wanted to be hugged and be loved..yada yada yada..okay, point taken.

then X continued preaching at me about this girl he had a crush on. a girl whom he never met before but spoken to on the phone (sounded so me in '01) and how this another girl who's barely 14 had taken an interest on him..yada yada yada. then i explained imho that what he mentioned isn't real love. (i mean if that's what he is seeking for) he told me he understood and thanked me for the encouragement.

days had passed and we were still on the same topic (which totally bores me to death) but being nice, i chatted, encouraged and did whatever i can to avoid such similar topics. X revealed how much he enjoyed talking to me and how great a friend i am, i thanked him earnestly. the next moment he popped a question: "erm, what if i like you?" i was ridiculed, and answered straight forwardly, "nah, like that will happen between the two of us." i shunned him for a while.

few weeks later, he messaged me in msn spreading his joy telling me how he found the love of his life and how loved he was. i extended my best wishes and was pretty well, relieved and glad at the same time. he asked if i were playing the online game that we used to play and i replied him negatively.

being nice, i invited him to a game that i'm currently got hooked on; CabalSEA and he rejected me within the second i asked. with a firm "NO"! he started the entire fucking cycle again. this time, it's not calls for desperation but how busy he will be accompanying his 1st girlfriend and his schoolwork and won't be having any spare time for gaming or any meet-ups with friends. wow, who was the one being there for you when you're in need? wait, should i even consider him a friend? oh, ya maybe i should. because i'm being too nice! ugh! period.

fuck you, X.

American Idol Season 7 - Your Final 2

it's the moment of truth. who will emerge American Idol Season 7's winner? the ballad singer or the rocker?

the show started differently; boxing idols? okay gotta be kidding me. anyhows, let's just move on to the competition, shall we?

Round One - Clive Davis' Choice

the match started with David Cook singing a U2 number, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For“ which is one of my favourites. David Cook rocked it, ending the song with his signature note. Randy thought it was hot, Paula loved it and Simon thought it was phenomenal.

speaking of phenomenal, it was young David who struke back with an Elton John song, "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" (Clive Davis really knows his songs yea?), another favourite song of mine! he got me goosebumps all over! the song ended with audiences screaming and applauding (i got up and clapped too v_v) .

Randy exclaimed in a frenzy manner i've never seen before. he chuckled and went, "David, it doesn't matter what happens right now, you gotta know one thing: this is one of the best performances of this whole season, and you picked the right time to peak baby! That was flawless and unbelievably molten hot! Argh crazy vocals! Crazy vocals, crazy!" Paula felt chills just like i did and Simon went on mentioning how that performace was arguably the best Archuleta had done so far, with that Archuleta won round one.

Round Two - Songwriter's Contest Winning Songs

David Cook picked what he does best, another Rock genre song titled "Dream Big". inspirational, loved the rhythm and the lyrics but it sounded like it's been sung in some random gig where people mosh around. the song was pretty much, forgettable. i have to agree with what Simon said, that it did not sound any like a winner's song at all.

David Archuleta picked a perfect song, "In This Moment", which i thought sounded somehow similar to Josh Groban's February Song. what a winner's song indeed! with lyrics that goes "...in this moment, no one can take it from me..." (psst! take that, Cook!) the judges loved it, Simon joked about how self centered and egoistical the lyrics of the song are, announcing that Archuleta won round 2 as well.

Round Three - Finalist's Choice

one of Collective Soul's best, David Cook showed his sensitive side and chose "The World I Know". a song with lyrics that i really appreciate. maybe that song meant a lot to me so was it for Cook as he burst into tears after performing. Randy and Paula agreed that Cook did a good job whereas Simon thought otherwise. Simon commented Cook for being one of the nicest, most sincere contestant American Idol had however, despite the beauty of the song, he thought it was a wrong song choice for Cook.

wrapping up was David Archuleta who encored one of his best performances during his Idol journey, Imagine. i thought it would sound exactly the same as before but obviously, he proved me wrong and did so much better, he left me speechless. Simon said, "Erm you know, we've taken a little bit of a stake this year in the competition. But at the end of the day, the show, is about finding a star. And tonight, I think we've witnessed one of the great finals. But, here's the difference; in my opinion David, you came out here tonight to win, and what we have witnessed is a knockout."

gee, i have no idea who's winning this competition, but it seemed like Archuleta won the night, but hey, it's the votes that matter.

Endings

the film Prince of Caspian ended with a subtle, emotion-filled song by Regina Spektor's The Call.

download The Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian OST here

(It started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned into a quiet thought
Which then turned into a quiet word

And then that word grew louder and louder
'Til it was a battle cry

I'll come back
When you call me
No need to say goodbye

Just because everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never
Been this way before

All you can do is try to know
Who your friends are
As you head off to the war

Pick a star on the dark horizon
And follow the light

You'll come back
When it's over
No need to say good bye

You'll come back
When it's over
No need to say good bye

Now we're back to the beginning
It's just a feeling and now one knows yet
But just because they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that you have to forget

Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
'Til they're before your eyes

You'll come back
When they call you
No need to say good bye

You'll come back
When they call you
No need to say good bye

whether good or bad, life has its own different ending. i want mine to be happy, with unforgettable smiles, with terabytes of happy memories. don't bid me goodbye because it's just a new beginning.

Paris Hilton Stole My Heels!

i love Paris Hilton. uh huh, you know who i'm talkin' about; that naughty, dumb, iconic blonde. she gets everyone's tongue wagging, even mine. i just wondered how on earth did she even get into my dreams.

yes, i had dreamt of Paris Hilton - stealing my pair of hot Manolo Blanik heels! i clearly remembered i looked somewhat like Ugly Betty, and i wear hot heels. somehow rather, in some weird situation, i am a FOP (friend of Paris) and she invited me to a stand-up comedy premiere in town.

i remembered sitting in her limo, sipping champagne and bitching about Britney Spears. her actions seemed pretty dubious but i ignored them and continued to enjoy the socialite lifestyle for a day.

the moment we reached the red carpet, we were asked to flash our heels while paparazzi take snapshots of them and we're told to remove them when we step into the theatre. apparently, there weren't anyone wearing the similar heels as mine so i gently removed my lovely pair of Manolo Blanik and placed them at the corner.

the stand up was hilarious! i laughed so bad i excused myself to the ladies. when i returned, Paris was gone and i couldn't get her via her cellphone! i figured it was typical of Paris to skip premieres, so i had no choice but to sit and enjoy the entire stand-up by myself out of respect to the artiste.

once the stand-up ended, i rushed to my heels to make sure it's in safe hands when i realised they were nowhere to be found! i questioned the guard and was furious at him to give me the sloppiest answer ever: "i have no idea, lady"

feeling grouchy, i started walking out of the building barefooted. with stares that darted right at my barefooted feet, i scurried like a mouse and walked away aimlessly. few minutes later, i received a text from Paris. "believ u'r walking bearfoted naw haha i stool ur shoes haha" the first thing that came out from my mind was..WHAT A BITCH OKAY! then my dream ended.

even Paris Hilton is a bitch in my dreams. can you imagine how bitchy she is in real? damned.

The Mission with Nuffnang: Fight To Save Narnia!

all thanks to Nuffnang, i won myself a pair of tickets to catch the exclusive screening of Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian at Bugis Junction.

i saw plenty familiar faces of fellow Nuffnangers and i'm just overwhlemed by the number of attendees for the exclusive screening! i also spotted famous blogger Wendy Cheng a.k.a xiaxue accompanied by her partner amongst the crowd.

the theatre was fully seated with people of all sorts; ah bengs and lians, the emo kids, the lomo clique, the adults, kids, teens and not to mention elderly people too. the movie started off a little late, but it was worth the wait because the best has yet to come!

so after waiting for almost forever, the movie started with the Queen giving birth. she looked as if she had an orgasm...a painful one. a son was born, Lord Miraz's desire for the throne gets deeper, and instructed assassination of his nephew, Prince Caspian, the only heir to the throne. Caspian was informed and he ran his life into the woods of Narnia. desperate for help, Caspian has blown Queen Susan’s horn.

the scene then changed to Susan (i laugh at her sausage lips all the time. i'm evil!) caught in an awkward situation with a schoolmate who fancies her, whom suddenly got cut by Lucy, who led Susan to the subway station where the attention shifted brother Peter who got into a trivial fight while Edward tried to stop it.

whilst waiting for the train, the Pevensie children started a small conversation about Narnia, out of the blue, strong wind gushed and tiles began peeling...*pauses*

wait why am i telling you this? go catch the movie yourself!

here are some spoilers:

no longer the innocent young chldren we know,
the kids grew..a little. (1300 years old in Narnia)

happy ,good looking, undergoing puberty
(just look at Susan..and her sausage lips!!!)

new characters in the movie

superb graphics like this

and this...

this too!

Aslan, the great!

you have cutesy characters like Reepicheep

fierce centaurs and minotaurs, i like!

there will be blood!

not to mention the fantastic wardrobe!

you know how one movie director cleverly decided to put an abrupt end to a movie you anticipated for ages and gave you a hint that there will be a part 2? then turns out that part 2 isn't worth your time and money? to hell with that! because Narnia started out just as expected from it's first chronicle of Narnia, The Witch, The Lion and The Wardrobe. i was so surprised by it's sequel, Prince of Caspian because it was 123456789 times better than the former!

trust me, all these pictures and whatever reviews you have read don't do much justice. buy a movie stub and go catch the damn movie, like, right now!!!
